Day 1 ~ Discover Chianti and its Treasures

Morning pickup

Lunch, Tour & Tasting at Family-owned Winery sampling the

real “cucina chianti giana”.

Check-in at Farmhouse- Welcome Feast at Farmhouse

 

Day 2 ~ Greve in Chianti+ Olive oil Experience+ Sunset Apericena

Visit to the stunning hamlet in Greve with time to explore

Then off to a family-owned extra virgin olive oil and wine producer

With a guided tour followed by a perfect lunch experience

Sample delicious specialties paired with olive oil and wine

Enjoy a gentle hike through Vineyards and olive groves as

wonderful family stories are shared

The Evening wines down at Badia a Passignano Abbey with a

Tuscan Sunset Aperitivo overlooking the beautiful rolling hills

 

Day 3 ~ Val D’ Orcia+ Pienza+ Pecorino Cheese

+ Brunello di Montalcino

Morning drive to the charming UNESCO village of Pienza to experience it’s Spectacular Views

Visit to an Organic Pecorino Cheese maker near Pienza enjoy learning about this famous cheese

Relax with a Cheese themed lunch overlooking

the magnificent Val D’ Orcia

Before heading out to visit a family-owned Brunello vineyard

with wine tastings in Montalcino

Return to Evening Farmhouse Dinner

             

Day 4 ~ Hands on Cooking Class + Panzano in Chianti

and the Golden Valley

Our day begins with a fun and delicious hands-on cooking course

in a beautiful country home

All ingredients are fresh directly from the farm which stands on

a beautiful hilltop

The class will be complete with a beautiful “saffron” inspired lunch tasting of all the recipes we just prepared

“Cook it and then eat it!”

Then off to the lovely Chianti Village of Panzano

Learn all about the golden valley and its dreamy views

Dinner out sampling amazing recipes

                

Day 5~ Artisanal Pasta+ Iris Farm, Under the Tuscan Sun Lunch

+ Castellina in Chianti

Exciting morning visit to an Artisanal Pasta workshop learning all about the art of this Italian Cuisine

Then off to an Iris and olive oil farm nestled in the Chianti region  

Hear all about the traditional cultivation of these beautiful flowers that gave name to the Renaissance city of Florence

Meet Malo and observe her talent in weaving her

marvelous wooden baskets

Followed by a delicious homemade lunch under the Tuscan sun with full Belly’s, we then go to the wonderful city of Castellina to explore the shops and alley ways walking off our lunch

Day 6 ~ Crystal Workshop + Tuscan Winery+ Siena

Experience these fine Artisans shape Crystal in front

of our very eyes

Then visit a family-owned winery specializing in Vin Santo

(Holy Wine) dessert wine

Tour the Vinsantaia and the historical cellar followed by a homemade lunch and tasting of delicious wines in front of

an incredible view

Experience SIENA and its charming traditions at the Piazza del Campo, the various Districts, the famous Duomo and their

historical stories

Taste expresso while savoring delectable sweets!

Dinner at the Farmhouse

Day 7 ~ Truffle Experience+ Certaldo + San Gimignano

Journey continues with a unique truffle hunt in the forest with

great stories and curiosities

We start in the fields and end up in the Kitchen!

Enjoy a truffle themed lunch with renowned chefs

Afterward we head off to a relaxing walk in the medieval

village of Certaldo

Stopping at a pottery workshop to find wonderful

gifts for family and friends

Day would not be complete without a visit to the famous

40 tower town of San Gimignano

Leisure time to stroll through the Unique Village of San Gimignano

Don’t forget to try their famous Gelato; “best gelato in the world”  

Farewell dinner out at our favorite trattoria in Chianti

                                      

Day 8~ Arrivederci Amici’s

Transfer you back to Florence, ciao a tutti!
