Day 1 ~ Discover Chianti and its Treasures ~

Pick-up

Lunch, Tour & Tasting at a Chianti Classico Winery

Sampling the real “Cucina Chiantigia”

Check-in at Farmhouse.

Day 2 ~ Greve in Chianti+ Olive oil Experience+ Sunset Apericena   

Morning visit stunning hamlet in Greve with time to explore

Visit to a family-owned extra virgin olive oil and wine producer

The guided tour will be followed by a perfect lunch experience

Sampling delicious specialties and paired with olive oil and wine

Gentle hike through Vineyards as wonderful family stories are shared

Evening at Badia a Passignano Abbey with a

Tuscan Sunset Aperitivo overlooking the beautiful rolling hills

 

Day 3 ~ Val D’ Orcia+ Pienza+ Pecorino Cheese+ Brunello di Montalcino 

Early Farmhouse breakfast followed by a drive to the charming village

of Pienza with Spectacular Views

Visit to an Organic Pecorino Cheese maker near Pienza enjoy learning about this famous cheese

Cheese themed lunch overlooking the magnificent Val D’ Orcia

Off to a Montalcino to visit a family-owned Brunello vineyard

with wine tastings

Return to Evening Farmhouse Dinner

 

Day 4 ~ Grape Harvest+ Stomping Experience+ Harvest Lunch

+ Catellina and Monteriggioni Villages

Farmhouse breakfast and then to a Vineyard to pick and stomp

the Sangiovese Grape!

Afterward, partake in a “pranzo della vendemmia” (Harvest Lunch)

Next, off to the beautiful village of Castellina in Chianti to explore

the quaint alley ways and shops and then to the gorgeous medieval town

of Monteriggioni Dinner at the Farmhouse

 

Day 5~ Hands on Cooking Class + Panzano in Chianti the Golden Valley

Our day begins with a fun and delicious hands-on cooking course in

a beautiful country home

All ingredients are fresh directly from the farm

The class will be complete with a beautiful lunch tasting of all

the recipes we just prepared

Then off to the lovely Chianti Village of Panzano

Learn all about the golden valley

Farewell dinner out sampling amazing recipes

 

Day 6 ~ Truffle Experience+ Certaldo+ San Gimignano

Journey continues with a unique truffle hunt in the forest

with great stories and curiosities

We start in the fields and end up in the Kitchen!

Enjoy a truffle themed lunch with renowned chefs

Afterward we head off to a relaxing walk in the medieval village of Certaldo

Stopping at a pottery workshop to find wonderful gifts for family and friends

Day would not be complete without a visit to the famous 40 tower town

of San Gimignano

Leisure time to stroll through the Unique Village of San Gimignano

Don’t forget to try their famous Gelato while learning about its history

Dinner at the farmhouse

Day 7 ~ Under the Tuscan Sun with Lunch + Cortona

Visit to a family-owned Tuscan Home and Olive oil/wine Farm in the beautiful Crete Senesi

With a tour of the estate followed by a delectable lunch

paired with excellent wines!

After lunch we head to the stunning town of Cortona where

the famous movie “Under the Tuscan Sun” was filmed.

Tour and explore

Late afternoon relaxation at the farmhouse with dinner 

 

Day 8~Delicious farewell Breakfast+ Transfer back to Florence
