Grape Harvest and Holy Wine

Day 1 ~ Discover Chianti and its Treasures

Morning Pick-up  

You're off to a family - owned Winery and tour through the farm and

cellar followed by homemade lunch sampling and “Cucina Ciantigiana”

Afternoon tour of an organic honey producer and taste Tuscan honey

Late afternoon check-in at your Tuscan Farmhouse for the week. 

Evening Farmhouse Feast – Benvenuti!

Day 2 ~ Greve in Chianti+ Olive Oil Experience+ Gentle Hike

You will begin your day with a visit to the lovely Hamlet of Greve

with time explore

Early afternoon visit to a family-owned Extra Virgin Olive Oil farm

with a tour of the mill

Followed by aa delicious lunch with local specialties paired

with the Olive Oil

After lunch you'll enjoy a gentle and picturesque hike through the

beautiful vineyard and olive groves getting closer to the land of Tuscany

Off to visit Badia a Passignano Abbey followed by a memorable

Tuscan Sunset Aperitivo overlooking the rolling hills

Day 3 ~ Grape Harvest Experience+ Harvest Lunch+ Castellina 

You'll journey will begin with a grape harvest experience created just for

you beginning in the vineyard following by a “Pranzo della Vendemmia”

Late afternoon visit to the beautiful Castellina in Chianti for some

free time to explore and stroll like a local

Evening Farmhouse Dinner

Day 4 ~ Val d' Orcia+ Pecorino+  Brunello Wines

Your day begins with a ride through the Val D Orcia and visit

to UNESCO Village of Pienza

You will have a guided tour of a working farm and famous Pecorino

producer in the beautiful valley

Enjoy a cheese themed lunch surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan hills

After lunch you'll visit a family-owned Winery where Brunello di Montalcino

is produced the most prestigious Tuscan wine for a tour of their ancient

cellar and tasting of their elegant wines

Evening Farmhouse Dinner

Day 5 ~ Truffle Experience+ Discover Certaldo

and UNESCO San Gimignano

Begin with a fun adventure & experience in the countryside Truffle Hunting

followed by a delicious Truffle themed lunch

Afternoon visit to the hamlet of Certaldo

Followed by a visit to San Gimignano the “Manhattan of the

Medieval World” with time to explore and enjoy some famous gelato

Evening Trattoria Dinner in Chianti!

Day 6 ~ Crystal + Vinsanto and Super Tuscan Winery + Siena

Your day will begin with a guided tour of a unique Crystal Workshop

and see how first hand these artisans create their works

Early afternoon you'll visit a Vineyard that specializes

in Vin Santo (Dessert Wine) the Vinsantaia and historical Cellar

After a delicious homemade lunch with tastings

You’ll enjoy the UNESCO Heritage Village of SIENA

Learning about the Duomo, Piazza del Campo and the Palio

Evening Farmhouse Dinner 

Day 7 ~ Saffron+ Cooking Class +Panzano+ Golden Valley

Your day will start with a visit to a local family Olive Oil farm

where you will learn about Saffron production and participate

in a Saffron inspired cooking lesson

Weather permitting you will be cooking in an outdoor kitchen

nestled among the peaceful hilltop

Olive Groves and Vineyards 

Your lunch you prepared will be enjoyed in this tranquil setting…

truly “La Dolce Vita” 

Following this perfect morning you'll visit the lovely village of Panzano

where you will learn all about the Golden Valley spread out before you

Farewell dinner out, sampling amazing recipes!

Day 8 ~ Final Farmhouse Breakfast & Return to Florence a presto
